Dennis E. Bills is the director of the West Virginia Learning Center.  He has a Master of Education degree from Covenant College and a Master of Arts degree (+45) from Bob Jones University. He is an Academic Associates Reading Instruction Specialist, has administrated 3 schools and taught logic, math, Latin, composition, speech, religion, and has traveled the world providing educational services.  A variety of  Dennis's papers and publications on education and other subjects are available for free  here.

Having grown up in West Virginia, he has a great burden to help our kids get the best education possible.

 

 

Kathi Jo Bills has taught preschool and grammar school. She has an Associates degree in early childhood education and a Bachelor of Arts from Bob Jones University.  She is also an Academic Associates Reading Instruction Specialist and an Usborne Books Sales Consultant.

 

They have three incredible boys who love to read with a passion.
